Two businesses. One mission. Empowering women from the inside out.

The Village I Always Needed

I did not grow up with a roadmap to entrepreneurship. I grew up with a fire. As a Latina woman raised in a community where economic hardship was the norm and business ownership felt like someone else's privilege, I learned early that the systems I needed rarely had a seat at the table for someone like me.

I searched for mentors who understood my lived experience. I searched for workspaces that felt safe and affirming. I searched for beauty spaces where I could sit in the chair and feel celebrated rather than merely tolerated. I searched — and more often than not, I came up empty.

"I'm not just building businesses — I'm building the village I always needed."

What I found, over and over again, was not just a personal frustration but a systemic gap: Northern Colorado, and Firestone in particular, had almost nothing designed with women like me in mind. No women-centered professional hub. No culturally affirming salon where a woman with natural or textured hair could walk in without explaining herself.

EmpowerHer Collective was born from the question: 'What would have changed for me if this had existed?' — and the answer demanded I build it. AdriAllia Salon was born from something equally personal: the desire to sit in a beauty chair and have someone truly see me, know how to care for my hair, and make me feel radiant without requiring me to explain or justify myself.
